Entex - planetary roller reactor technology for various applications

The Entex Planetary Roller Extruder has many functionalities and applications.
Originally invented for use in the PVC-calender industry, the planetary roller extruder is no longer only the classic compounding aggregate for the PVC industr.

It now covers the whole bandwidth of the compounding and reaction technology: foods, plastics, elastomers, colours, chemicals and composite material.

Since the Eighties ENTEX has consequently developed and perfected the planetary roller extruder, e.g. heat transfer by means of pressurized water and an ameliorated construction of the cooling channels. This has a decisive influence on heat transfer and enables a product-close temperature guidance.

Therefore Entex technology allows you very exact control of the temperature of the product, a very important feature, since the temperature plays a huge roll in many manufacturing processes.
Entex allows continuous processes with switching between prescriptions without stopping.

The processes run equally stable whether you load it 100% or only 10%.
Entex also guarantees superior dispersion, flexibility in output and low energy consumption.
Entex Processes Reactors functions:
• Cooling
• Mixing
• Kneading
• Heating
• Frozen
• Melting
• Burn
• Temperature
• Control
• Pelletizing
